Each parcel returned across any endpoint counts toward your monthly limit. Limits reset on the first of each calendar month. For volumes above 5,000 parcels/month via the API, contact support@buyparceldata.com for a custom plan, or consider flat files for high-volume use cases.

Flat files are priced per state or as a nationwide license. Contact support@buyparceldata.com for a quote based on the states and update cadence you need.

What’s included

All plans include:

• Coverage expansions as new counties are added
• Data quality improvements
• Updates on the standard cadence (minimum twice per year per county), with flexible custom cadences available based on your needs
• Access to all 100+ parcel fields
• Enriched data: USDA CDL, elevation, adjacent acreage

There are no add-on fees for coverage improvements or additional counties added within your licensed area.
