Update cadence

BPD updates each county a minimum of twice per year. In practice, many counties are updated more frequently based on customer demand and data availability. Custom update cadences are available for customers with specific freshness requirements. For example, high-priority counties can be updated monthly if the county publishes data at that frequency.

How update priorities work

Update frequency is driven by two factors:
  1. Customer demand: counties with active customers are prioritized for more frequent updates
  2. County data availability: updates happen when counties publish new data; BPD cannot update faster than the source
If you need a specific county updated more frequently, contact support@buyparceldata.com to discuss options.

What’s included in updates

When a county is updated:
  • New parcel records are added
  • Existing records are refreshed with the latest assessor data
  • Coverage gaps in that county are reduced as new data becomes available
Updates are included in your subscription. There is no additional charge for coverage expansions, data improvements, or new counties added within your licensed area.
