## API plans

Each parcel returned across any endpoint counts toward your monthly limit. Limits reset on the first of each calendar month.

## Flat file pricing

Flat files are priced per state or as a nationwide license. Contact [support@buyparceldata.com](mailto:support@buyparceldata.com) for a quote based on the states and update cadence you need.

## What's included

All plans include:

* Coverage expansions as new counties are added
* Data quality improvements
* Updates on the standard cadence (minimum twice per year per county), with flexible custom cadences available based on your needs
* Access to all 100+ parcel fields
* Enriched data: USDA CDL, elevation, adjacent acreage

There are no add-on fees for coverage improvements or additional counties added within your licensed area.
